Let me be the first to say that I am absolutely disappointed in the outcome of this chapter's boys. The 2012 pledge class was small. A total of 3 greeks matter from that class, and there were some boys that triggered nausea.

Having said all of this, we are officially demoting Pi Kappa Phi from Upper-Middle tier to middle tier. Absolutely unacceptable, and we apologize for making Pi Kapp seem better than they actually are.
